Our work is about problem solving, inspiring people and creating identity.
Every project we work on aims to achieve three things:
Design should solve problems. When it’s practical it pleases people. If it’s simply beautiful but doesn’t work properly, it just makes people angry. We design to make things easier to understand, simpler to navigate and to be better than before.
We make things that look and feel interesting. We do this with an awareness of the audience, subject matter and context. When design is practical and beautiful it inspires people, and that’s what we always try and do.
It’s important that everything we produce contributes positively to an organisation’s identity. With every project we have a responsibility to protect valued aspects of an identity and opportunities to develop new ones.
We manage the complete process – including briefing specialist consultants – allowing our clients to focus on making positive decisions rather than managing the detail.
Strong planning and documentation mean that everyone involved knows what’s going on, saving our clients time and resources.
A CREATIVE, EVIDENCE-BASED APPROACH
All creative work is based on a clearly defined brief with expectations established from the start. The result is genuinely creative and problem-solving, not just a stylistic makeover.
Our thorough approach to brief writing and strategy development allows management to communicate ideas and objectives easily in order to achieve buy-in from their colleagues and stakeholders.
Everything we produce is considered as part of the identity of our client’s organisation.
