WELLCOME COLLECTION - Exhibition Design

Posted by Ollie on February 26th, 2009

We worked with the artist John Newling and the Wellcome collection to design a 11m x 3m typographic wall installation. We were given the job to produce a careful typographic interpretation of the artists work spanning a large glass wall in the gallery space.

The work, entitled ‘What do you do to make yourself feel better?’, was a newly commissioned project by The Wellcome Collection.

We worked closely with the artist throughout the project. We provided both a design and project management service that included planning budgets, designing all aspects of the exhibition and book and coordinating the contractors through to installation.

James Peto the director of the Wellcome Collection commented:
“The installation and books look fantastic, really beautiful.”

John Newling the artist said:
“I’m delighted with the work Jonathan and Oliver have done, its been a very smooth project.”
